“Great location by Fort Amer and Meera Mandir but the "hotel" is definitely not as nice as in the pictures. Also, the fort view room (reason i chose this place) that i booked in advance was given to someone else while I was give a small, subpar, windowless room instead. ”

“I found a cockroach in my room, the water is not hot, just warm; the room stinks like drain. It was just too much but I needed a place to stay. But I won’t stay there ever again. Only the stuff was super nice but the rest was very bad.”

“Poor service: I booked this room for my 76 yr-old father who was traveling from BC, Canada. (Nov 14, 2022) When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in. This manager yelled at him to go to some bathroom outside. He was painfully rude and demeaning. The bathroom outside was so awful, that my father came back in and asked to use a regular bathroom inside the property and again explained he is a guest that is about……

“整体酒店的感觉是很舒适，适合度假，可以让整个人放松下来，氛围比较轻松。位置在老城区，里面保留了历史建筑，旅游观光还是很不错的。但是对于商务出行来说，不是很友好，因为位置偏，打车什么的比较费时间。”
