"Room was cosy, bed comfortable with fantastic views with we enjoyed waking up to every morning. The onsen was great with an indoor and outside pool. Staff were very helpful. Shuttles were on time and convenient.

"We booked this hotel for our honeymoon without much research. It was perfect as it was

out and right in the centre of town. We went beginning do December which was great for us as you didn’t need to book restaurants and the slopes were quite. However a lot of the runs were just opening or not opened. The only downfall is because some of the rooms are apartments there were a lot of family’s staying so it was pretty noisy at times. "

lessons. There was also a Chinese lady at the front desk who patiently answered all our queries. "

"The service was faultless - the staff were really lovely helpful. The breakfast was very special - abundant with Japanese and Western options - and with exceptional views from the 10th floor. The onsen was also a fabulous bonus and perfect for unwinding after a big day on the slopes. The hotel itself is looking a little tired and and could do with a refresh. And the location, close to Moizwa

lifts, is not the best if you are after the best terrain - Annupuri or Grand Hirafu are much better....

"Older property with good sized rooms. Onsen small but not crowded, onsen also out door area. Great main dining room with good view of the skifield."

"Staff was nice, breakfast was good. Hotel is a bit dated, rooms are very, very warm. Bathroom is tiny and very tight. The step up into it is funky."
