“May be the reason for the early morning, no one in the hall, almost to sleep, the key and the name on the door do not match, looking for a long time, the room is very hot, the air is not cold enough, the bed is also covered with plush cushions! Health is generally not very satisfactory.”

“Clean room parking was good and overall quite”

“We booked what we thought was a two queen pool side room like we had two years ago. The outdoor portion of the pool is now filled in and pool side rooms no longer exist but the pics on the website and on Expedia still show the outdoor pool. A regular two queen room was at least $25 less per night than the two queen pool side we had. It’s very misleading.”

“We stayed for multiple days. Housekeeping comes every other day. On the day they were supposed to clean our room, they emptied the trash, replaced our towels and halfway made one bed. We asked the front desk if they could revisit our room the next day and they ignored our request.”

“This was my first stay in a Hilton Home2 Suites hotel and I was delighted with my room. It was spacious and bright and clean and had a great little kitchen that was well supplied with dishes and utensils. I loved the couch also- so much more comfortable than the usual hotel chairs. I’d definitely stay in this chain again if available on my travels.”

“Room was okay, a few unclean parts but bearable. The waffle mix was hard to get moving and waffles had troubles coming from iron, juice wasn’t real, more like a tang mix (at least orange juice) there was complementary water and they did have a nice hard to find fitness room”

“The room we stayed in was 101. Walked in the door to discover an odor that I can only describe as unpleasant. The carper was filthy. My wife got out of the shower and walked to the bed and found her feet were dirty, like she'd been walking on the beach. No Kleenex in the room, only 1 bar of soap to share between the sink and the shower. (The vanity was across the entry way from the toilet/shower room) Complained to the desk during check out and got very little response, let alone a refund.……

“Very small rooms in this old-fashioned roadside motel. Some cosmetic upgrades have taken place but there's only so much you can do for an old cinder block building. The biggest problem was heat. It's radiant heat with no way to control it. They have a fake thermostat for a central air furnace on the wall, but it does nothing. It's March and the only way to get the heat below 80 is to leave windows open! Doesn't feel to safe leaving ground level windows open. We were roasting hot. We also……

“I am not a complainer, by any means, but I cannot NOT post about our experience at this motel. We booked this motel at the last minute for a one-night stay in Saginaw this past weekend, based on price point and reading all the reviews online. The reviews were completely inaccurate. At check-in, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude; we apparently interrupted her by checking in (at 3:00 in the afternoon). We paid our $70 and got our key, and she waved us onto our room. We walked up……

“Not a bad price it was comfortable and room was good the only thing I didnt like is being a female at night going to a window instead of going in.”

“Everything was great. The rooms are very nice, and the beds are big and comfortable. What I liked the most about the room was that it had a mini fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The pool is nice, and there is a jacuzzi as well. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed many other amenities too. I would definitely recommend this place.”

“There was an issue and had to have key cards reprogrammed. Apparently it was everyone not just us.”
