“We had a wonderful stay at Erik and Natalie’s home. The house was perfect for our family of 5 and 3 other adult family members (5 adults and 3 children total). We enjoyed spending time on the front porch and cooking dinner in. Erik was thoughtful and patient with our requests and maintained great communication. We hope to be back!”

“Overall, it was a great place to stay for my husband and I. We stayed 4 nights and the house was comfortable and clean. The only note I have is that the door you enter the house has a really wide gap so I had to stuff a dish towel in it to keep to hot air out or maybe possible insects from outdoors. But, it is a historic house and definitely did not ruin the trip by any means. The house is in a great location but PLEASE take note of the street sweeper days and times, we got a ticket on our last……

“Our stay had multiple issues that made it frustrating and uncomfortable. First, safety and access: the long, narrow walkway from Jones Street to the cabin was very dark and uneven. We tripped more than once. The motion light was barely effective, making a flashlight an absolute necessity. Once at the cabin, the back door lock (especially the bottom one) was ridiculously difficult to turn and needs maintenance. Inside, the kitchenette lacked basic attention. There was only enough coffee for one……

“Robert is an amazing host and his property was everything we needed and then some.He was very communicative and made us feel very welcome like we were visiting family or friends.The place was exactly what we needed when coming back from the beach, which was only a stones throw away.To top it all off, our pupper loved the backyard. She was comfortable in playing and doing her own thing without having to worry about cars in a hotel parking lot.We will definitely be staying at this place or another……
