「I could not connect to the wifi. I got an error code 299. I made 3 trips to the office and the receptionist could not help me. I checked out after the first night but I was charged for 2 nights. I would like a refund for that second night. According to the receptionist, Expedia only reserved 1 night.」

「Really nice hotel, close to wonderful bars and restaurants! A bit noisy because of the busy road, but the city quiets down by 1-2am, so we did not mind it much.」

「Hilton Homewood Suites UAB (the 2-room suites are awesome) is a very nice hotel within close driving proximity to shopping and restaurants. Check-in was extremely easy and because they were super busy and the luggage carts were all in use Ms Chris and Ms Sondra from Management volunteered to help us with all of our luggage. We were very much appreciative of their help!!!」

「The breakfast is not free.. $20 a person which is absurd for a hotel breakfast and the bartender said he didn't know how to make mixed drinks but the hotel was fine otherwise. Checked in early too.」

「I’m not sure if the reviews were made up but this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything was so gross. We had mold in our bathroom and bugs in the room. Breakfast was horrible and made us sick. The entire hotel smelled like weed and it was not appropriate for our children. Do not recommend. 」

「One of the best experiences that I’ve had with a hotel, they let us check in early after I had surgery. It was extremely modern clean and professional people were so gracious and nice even at the breakfast morning before we left. If I can give them 20 stars I would your front office Staff the gentleman working the breakfast the cleanliness everything was top-notch thank you so much and if I go to Birmingham, you’re my first choice. ! What a wonderful crew you have.」

「Charming hotel. Great location. Safe and easy street parking. Although there was someone there when we arrived, it seems staff is not always on premises. Main door and hotel rooms have combination codes which are sent via text. Rooms are lovely: comfortable beds and large bathrooms. TVs with all the streaming apps, coffee and tea station on each floor. No elevators. Reasonably priced. I would definitely go back. 」
