「My stay at Palace Inn 290 & Jones Rd was a great experience. Victor at the front desk was very helpful and made the stay very nice. The only things that I might suggest for improvement would be, check the weather stripping on the door. I could see light around the door. Also, hand towels would have been nice. Also, the vending machine next to the ice machine wasn't working. But I consider these minor compared to the excellent service by Victor and the staff.」

「The room was horrible. There was dead roaches smashed on the wall. A one inch gap under the entrance door, poop smeared on the back of the bathroom door, black mold growing around the tub and on the front window seal. One of the beds smelled so bad that all 4 people had to share the less smelly bed, and this was actually the second room they gave us as the first rooms toilet didn't not flush. None of the phones in the room worked. There were no towels in the room. And we all ended up with sinus...

「This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in while visiting family over the 4th of July weekend. Everything was clean and quiet!!!! I was very impressed and will be staying there again for sure! Thank You for eveything」
