"Very nice, luxury and relaxing village. My family and I stayed there for 8 nights, It was amazing. The village has a great coffee shop serving delicious food and drinks. Also, they have a very nice massage spa. I highly recommend this place for families and anyone who wants to visit Bali."
"Quite basic accommodation but nice enough, does the job. Clean and friendly staff. Pool was lovely. Internet access was mostly good although did cut out one morning but back up by the evening."
"This property on Jimbaran Beach is an oasis. With only 64 rooms, and large beach access, it is a low density gem with all the amenities. The food and service were excellent. Sunsets and entertainment nightly. "

"The staff at the hotel were warm, charming, and truly beautiful people inside and out. They were genuinely hospitable and always made you feel welcome. The hotel is actually located in Balangan, not Jimbaran as I originally thought, which makes it a bit more tucked away and hidden—a nice surprise if you’re looking for something private and peaceful.
The food selections were delicious, with plenty of variety, and the overall atmosphere was laid-back and relaxing. The vibe was perfect for unwinding. My room was spacious and cozy, though I did feel it was missing a proper closet to store clothes, and the TVs could use an upgrade. The pools stayed cool unless they were in direct sunlight, which was refreshing in the daytime but a little chilly at night. The bathroom had an open design, which some may enjoy, but I personally would have preferred it to be enclosed.
The only downside to my stay was that because my flight was canceled, I lost one night and was told there would be no compensation for the missed day. While that was disappointing, I decided to let it go so I could enjoy the rest of my stay—and I’m glad I did. Overall, the combination of the staff’s hospitality, the hidden location, and the relaxing vibe made this a memorable experience."
"It was our first time at Ayana Segara. Facilities were great with playgrounds and pools for the kids across all the resorts in the estate. The multiple resorts meant different options for the kids, which was great! Restaurants were good and so was the breakfast. I highly recommend spending some time at the Saka Museum.
Staff were very polite and happy to help. The only minor downside was that a buggy is needed to go from the residence to other parts of the estate. It was not always readily available resulting in some waiting time.
We will definitely go back! "
