"This was by far the best hotel stay we have had in a long while. Where to start - the staff are all amazing. Kind, caring, made us feel special. We stayed at the hotel our whole trip, so all the staff started to recognise us and it was so nice! The hotel manager Marco was beyond lovely - so nice to have a chat and made us feel so welcomed and special! Thank you Marco! I LOVED the house keeping twice a day. This was extremely helpful for me. We have had this in a few hotels in Bali but not in all. And I have to say it was VERY much appreciated! Just getting the extra water or freshening up a towel etc for the night ahead was great! Thank you! Great pools and pool service - we really enjoyed our meals by the pool. All the hotel restaurants were delicious and we look forward to going back to all of them again. BIG SHOUT OUT to allllll the breakfast crew/staff - so so so lovely! You were all kind, and always high fiving my kids and remembering I liked a take away coffee in the morning etc. It sounds like small things, but teh effort of caring and kindness is really what makes a trip special. We look forward to coming back soon - I am already looking at flight of when we can come again next year! OH AND THE KIDS CLUBS - beautiful ladies! So kind, always so happy to see our girls! Our girls were begging us to go to the kids club everyday and do all the fun craft activities! Thank you all for being so kind and caring with our kids! They loved the fun afternoons with you all!"

"Such a wonderful place to stay! From arrival all the staff were so incredibly lovely and helpful especially with our three kids age 5 and under. Room was very big and spacious and always immaculate, the cleaning crew did such a wonderful job and left a beautiful set up for my birthday it was truly special! Plus a beautiful slice of cake delivered on my birthday. Kids club was fantastic all the kids loved it! Food at buffet was great and ranged changed daily, pool was fantastic and always seats to sit on! Great location to, super close to other food and markets and out the back entrance great massages and circle k. Amazing place to stay! "

"Breakfast choices was amazing anything you could want for breakfast was there from Asian and sushi to crepes and omelettes Amazing service by staff that would remember your name and room number Special acknowledgment to Widha and Dian for the friendly service and help The rooms were good size and very comfortable pillows and beds. Yoga who cleaned my room did a great job impressing me with his towel creations. I found the front desk to be helpful and super accommodating. The pools are beautiful and the property is stunning very lush and well maintained. Highly recommend a stay here for warm Balinese hospitality "
