The location was great as it was really close to a lot of things like the zoo, breakfast and lunch locations. Check in was really easy and they were able to give us connecting rooms which was really helpful.」

「We were with internet service the entire stay. Called the front desk asking them to reset the router. Their only response was “they will call maintenance”. Doubt they did. Internet service never was restored. They did not clean rooms during our stay, which was fine because we had enough towels otherwise it could have been an issue. No phones in the rooms. Cell service was spotty especially without internet.」
