The staff was very helpful with expedient chech-in/check-out, detailed information about property layout, services, and other amenities available. HBVC has pride in their property as the grounds themselves are beautifully maintained with the several pools, waterfalls and an adequate gym. Plus, the property……

“Overall we had a wonderful stay as we visited on a family vacation with our 3 children. Staff were very friendly, pool was great, beautiful location! I will say though that the beds were horribly uncomfortable. My husband had to quite literally sleep on the couch cushions placed on the ground as the bed was extremely hard, shook constantly due to any movement. I slept on the bed with our baby and didn’t sleep well the entire week. This is the only issue we had as the matttess topper also was……

“The pros are the hotel has great facilities for families, they have some really good slides for the kids, an arcade room, a Starbucks nearby and also car rental. There are two restaurants onsite and a few others within proximity. I also like the lobby area where they have a couple of tree swings, chess and some activities for the kids. That said, in terms of value, the room does not justify it. The bed was creaking, toilet is really small (you can’t even open the the door fully without swiping……

“Perfect location, close to the beach and all amenities. The apartment was clean and included beach chairs and a bodyboard. Free parking was a great bonus.The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.We had a great time and would happily stay here again.”

“Absolutely an amazing place. Very nice, clean, comfortable. We stayed in B104 and it is a perfect spot to get in and out. Definitely come back again.”

“We had a lovely stay at Kevin’s condo. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked up on basic spices, condiments, coffee, etc which was a bonus. Kevin also provided beach supplies such as beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, etc. The location is great. It’s close to many restaurants and right next to a beach where you can spot turtles! Also this place has a pool and hot tub jacuzzi which was our favorite after a long day. And there is laundry available in the condo complex……

“Condo was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Nicely appointed.Supplies in condo were good! Loved having washer and dryer with laundry soap supplied. Lots of towels and sheets. Good parking. Had a central elevator. Grounds well cared for, nice pool. Near nice beaches, Charley Young was our favorite. Would rent again.”

“This oceanfront condo in Kihei is a gem! The view from the balcony was amazing, and the location was convenient not only to the beach right in front, but also to many shops and restaurants. The space was immaculate - and I have high standards. Nice A/C units, comfortable bed, stocked kitchen, beach chairs and towels - what more could you ask for? Probably the cleanest property rental I have ever stayed in. Walking along the secluded, adjacent beach is somewhat limited as you run out of sand……
