"Every convenient location, especially if you plan to visit UFJ. JR station is t min away and a convenient store near the station. The property was clean and very spacious. The quality of amenities are more than I expected. The entrance to the hot spring next door was included. I do recommend this place to the others."

"This property is ideal for its proximity to Universal. It’s a one minute walk from the station. This property is surrounded with food options. There is a 7-11, Starbucks, and Lawson’s on-site. The room was large and provided toiletries, coffee, and tea. The complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were amazing and smelled wonderful. The shower is huge and comfortable. As I mentioned, the station is close by and easy to get to Dotonbori and other places of interest. If you’re going to Universal, this is the ideal property. "

"This an excellent choice for visiting Universal Studios Japan. Located in city walk three minutes from the train exit and five minutes from the entrance to Universal Studios. There is both a 7-11 and Lawson right outside the hotel for quick convenience purchases. I was only staying a single night for my one day visit to the park but this was the perfect option. The staff was kind and easy to communicate with even though I don’t speak any Japanese. The room was very clean, and had everything I needed with two complimentary bottles of water waiting. I love the self service baggage room you can leave use all day on checkout day. It is a genius design with large shelves and self programmed code locking steel wires. I would gladly stay here again if going to the park."

"The hotel's hardware is perfect. We loved our room (特別室離れ庭＆露天風呂付「考槃居」), which cost HK$44,400 (US$5,612) for two nights. The room and bedding were incredibly comfortable, and standard yukatas were provided, though we were surprised by the lack of pajamas. We thoroughly enjoyed the separate bathhouse featuring an outdoor onsen and indoor hinoki bath. However, the bedroom suffered from foot traffic noise. The English-speaking staff tried her best, but lacked the genuine sincerity typical of luxury ryokans. Overall, service felt sloppy considering the hotel's caliber and premium price. We truly wished for service that was more considerate, attentive, and delivered from the heart. Upon arrival, we were informed meals would be served in the main restaurant rather than our room. Disappointingly, we ate dinner alongside three other tables. In our experience, high-end ryokans always offer in-room dining or private restaurant rooms. Guests paying this premium expect privacy and exclusivity, which felt overlooked here. Wanting to utilize our room's generous space, we requested in-room breakfast instead. Fortunately, they accommodated this. Our second dinner remained in the restaurant, but thankfully in a private room. The food was mediocre; the Kobe beef tasted like average wagyu. None of the seasonal dishes possessed the refinement expected at this price point. Overall, we simply wanted a much better dining experience to match the stunning property and the premium we paid."
