「Great hotel for the price! The breakfast buffet was wonderful!!! Not your typical continental breakfast with cereal and bagels. They served hot food and plenty of it. On the weekends, they serve biscuits and gravy, and it was delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located to many restaurants and shopping. 「The hotel itself was fine. It's a nice hotel with a great lobby area. The pool is small, so beware that the kids won't have a ton of space to splash around. However, the outdoor patio area off of the pool was a great place for the adults to hang out. The room was clean and as advertised. The issue we had was during the check-in experience. The city of Kalamazoo was under a boil water advisory when we arrived and we asked about that during check-in as we had just heard about it. We were told...

「The property was very clean. Linens and bedding spotless. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Continental breakfast in lobby very well done. The rooms could use a bit of refurbishing.
