"Room I stayed had beautiful view of ski resort, but it was very quiet, also how they arranged the bathroom and toilet and wash basins was very nice to shared by two persons and with privacy. Also hotel offered very nice public bath, which I would like to recommand very highly. However, choice of food could of been wider, but all and all this place was alot better located and offed better food than other hotels I stayed at Karuizawa before."

"The hotel is just a walkable distance from the JR station and is next to the outlet shopping center. The hotel has shuttle bus service from the outlet to the hotel and is convenient. The environment of the hotel is great, peaceful and natural although it looks like a bit old inside."

"Beautiful grand hotel with spacious rooms. Excellent staff and lovely set breakfast overlooking the gardens. Good Italian restaurant on the corner a few minutes walk if you don’t choose to have their French Menu in the hotel. "
