Nowhere on your website was there a correct photo of the property showing the the apartment was on the 3rd floor and we were unaware that we - both over 80 - would have to climb with immense difficulty getting up the many steep stairs with our luggage. It also therefore restricted how often we felt like going out for a walk. It was only when receiving final confirmation of booking that it was indicated...

"Was very disappointed. Labelled ‘entire apartment’ ‘kitchen’ ‘1 bathroom’. It’s not an apartment it’s a room. Then it’s a shared bathroom with 2 other rooms. Not cheap, so I consider it mis-selling and have complained as such."

Less than five minutes to the beach and a good starting point to visit for example Dover, Sandwich/Ramsgate or to drive to Canterbury. There is a direct train to London from Deal so you can even make a daytrip there."
