「Property is well kept and spacious. Very comfortable furniture and restored antique pieces. Central air and ceiling fans in every room guarantee comfort. Kitchen is modern and well stocked. Beautiful view of Grassy Sound from the plentiful windows and furnitured deck. Bluetooth speakers and mood lighting in bathroom are a hoot!」

「This was a cute apartment and perfect for our stay. Jeff was a great host and was available if we needed anything.」

「Thanks to this lovely home, we had a wonderful week at the beach! The house was perfect for us -- our family (2 grandparents, 2 parents, 1 five-year old) plus several friends. Cooks among us were very pleased with the kitchen. They liked the layout and appliances, including outdoor grill. The kitchen was generously stocked with pots and pans, dishes and glasses, and utensils. The swimming pool was a nice size and a popular hangout, with a choice of sunny seating by the pool or nearby shaded...

「All good. Went with a group of 10. Mostly over 70 some 80’s. I’m in charge of finding the house. What a job. lol. This one was exactly as described. The inside and outside were beautiful and well maintained. Short walk to get to beach but not to get to water but that’s Wildwood lol. Everyone raved about what a good job I did finding this one. Great communication. This was definitely top on our list!!」
