「The lords seat was a lovely place to stay, very comfortable and clean. Great location with amazing views. Nice to have the extras like the dvds and games. 「The house is kept beautifully clean. Views from it are mind blowingly fabulous. Needs more hanging space in the bathroom and unfortunately there was a smashed window covered in cardboard in the front hall that I was not informed about. 「Brandlehow is the perfect place to relax and refuel. The location is superb, nestled in the woodlands and on the shores of Derwentwater. Most days began with a coffee overlooking the lake, watching the sunrise and the cloud disperse. Beautiful walks from the doorstep and of course a lot of kayaking right from the door. 「Our first family holiday with our new born, we really couldn't fault the cottage at all. Location perfect, decorated nicely and even for the age of the property it had largely been refurnished where needed to have everything wanted. 「This is our second visit to Three Peaks cottage and it was just as good as our first. Lovely and clean with a well appointed kitchen and beautiful location! The views from the garden are spectacular but if you're too tired from a day on the fells to climb the garden steps then the views from the lounge are just as good. The two double bedrooms also have fabulous views that you can enjoy. The village has some great local pubs just a short walk away as well as a coffee shop and local shop....
