“Beautiful accommodations. Breakfast was awesome. ”

“Called two days before my stay- asked if the pool was operational (stayed here about a year ago as well for a few nights and pool was closed so wanted to double check) man on phone said yes, the pool is open. Upon arrival noticed sign on pool door saying it was closed due to maintenence and that it wont be open for some time and hasnt been open for a while either. The pool had already been closed before i arrived and i was mislead when i called.”

“Owner is really nice however the property itself is falling apart. It was super hot and Ac wasnt working. We did end up getting another room but at midnight. Overall, its ok..not the best. - 2 adults and 2 kids.”

“Kim and the Chepstow in were amazing. She greeted us with a friendly smile and gave us all the information we requested about the area around the Inn and interesting sites to visit. She prepared an amazing breakfast for us and had it ready at the time we asked. All around an amazing B&B and Kim made the experience something I would recommend to anyone!”

“The staff were super helpful especially the woman who checked us in. Prompt with any help needed. The pool and hot tub were the reason we went for a birthday surprise for our granddaughter. We had a great time. ”

“Overall the room was fine. The room was clean, the bed was a bit noisy but fairly comfortable. While the towels might be clean, they don't look clean. They are old. There is a central hallway and people need to be reminded to be quiet after hours, voices carry into the rooms. ”
