“The receptionist made several mistakes and had a poor attitude during a simple check-in. They certainly don't advertise that the typical little breakfast buffet, with terrible-tasting scrambled eggs, is not free. No free breakfast. And the signage in the large parking lot does not make it clear that parking is not free for hotel guests. It should say, "PARKING IS NOT FREE FOR HOTEL GUESTS." I got a parking ticket.”

“Very good staff, very clean and fairly quiet. Moderate-height beds (i.e. not absurdly tall) help disabled people enormously!”

“All was great except the night desk man. He was rude, sarcastic, and wanted to argue about a shower chair. Instead of offering to help with my request, he just made excuses. Of course this was not the way an attendant should treat a guest. There are many other hotel choices and I will definitely consider others because of his sarcasm and rudeness.”

“Not a great place. Basic amenities in a not so great area outside Richmond. You get what you pay for…bed was clean. Towels were barely towels. Front desk was behind a plastic barrier….not a great sign when you first walk into the lobby. Clerk seemed annoyed that I was checking in.”

“This property is terribly ran down and porrly kept. The freezer shelf was broken , the toilet tank top was cracked and could cut any guest, bathrrpm caulk has suspect mold growth , shower diverter leaks on the cold side , the showerhead leaks, there is a big hole at the bottom of bathroom door, the chair had several stains and looks like something off of Sanford and Son.The comforter had so many hole in it, it looks like it was used for target practice , facebowl faucet was loose and the……

“The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Hot breakfast buffet was included and had a lot of options and the area to eat was very clean”

“This was the worst time of my trip. I stayed on the second floor and forgot to close the door and go downstairs. Someone stole a bag. I lost a lot of clothes and important items because the hotel did not install a camera on the second floor.”

“Not impressed with this hotel at all. I booked a room with a wet bar, that I did not get...which I paid extra for. The room smelled horrible and the door didn't lock. I asked for another room, that one was a little better, but not much better. Room still smelled musty. Comforters had visible hair on them. The smoke detector had a plastic bag over it, not sure what that was about. Shady people coming in and out of the parking lot during the later hours, with questionable people hanging around the……
