“We came in for a confrence and this home was centrally located, we'll cared for and with in walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops! It was well furnished. The only thing i would say is really pay attention to the ad. Steep stairs and steep hill to parking lot. Because of this, it may not be for everyone. We loved it!”

“We had an incredible stay at Mark's loft! It has been beautifully renovated, is extremely clean, well-appointed, and spacious, and located in our absolute favorite area of Knoxville. Mark was a fantastic communicator and such a generous host who included several nice extra touches that enhanced our stay. We come to Knoxville a few times a year and this loft has quickly shot to the top of our list of favorite places to stay!”

“The space was lovely. My only gripe is that it wasn’t stated in the description that it was paid parking on site. It’s not really a drag if you’re staying for a night or two. But if you’re staying the length that I did (a week for business). It adds up. The location to the bars and restaurants and the nearby ballpark was also nice. Again, lovely space, just add parking to your budget when booking.”
