"The staff was very welcoming from the very beginning to the end of our stay. The room was spacious and had a great view with the pool outside our door. Every spot in this hotel is absolutely beautiful. The hotel fitness room exceeded my expectations compared to other hotels I have stayed at, they had everything I needed for my workout. I paid for the breakfast and it was delicious. They had everything you could think of and you could tell the food was fresh. The eggs were also cooked right in front of you. The restaurant is also very good. Would definitely stay here in the future."

"This property was a great stay for us! The daily breakfast was great, with a wonderful selection of food. The property had two pools, nicely maintained. We purchased the all inclusive food package, this was a little misleading, as you are ONLY allowed to order from two preset menus (western and Thai dishes) and ONLY order alcoholic beverages from one bar on property. The food was all great! However, the all inclusive did not include the speciality restaurants on property and other bars on property. They advertise property as 5 star, it’s not. It’s a 3.5-4 star. It’s large, nice amenities, clean, great location in Patong Beach, and excellent customer service and staff. Overall we would return to the hotel, as we found it to be a great value and nice!"

"The staff kindly upgraded and changed my room, which I appreciated, as the original room was not in acceptable condition. The hotel itself is quite old and is in desperate need of repairs and general maintenance. My new room was better than the dirty room I was first given, but it still had lifting floorboards, which showed the wear and tear throughout the property. The hotel has a good location and plenty of potential, but it really needs a lot of attention and care. The steam room was not working during my stay, and the breakfast buffet should be covered to stop flies landing on the food. There was a good variety of breakfast options, but the hygiene issue was disappointing. That said, the staff were friendly and did their best under the circumstances. They clearly work hard to manage the condition of the hotel, but the building itself needs significant investment and repair."

"Best customer service, staff are always there to assist and provide exceptional service. They are always there for you! The rooms were well maintained and clean. The breakfast was great and the food was delicious. The spa services at oasis was great. The resort pool was clean and they had sea scooters for kids to play in the pool. They also have few restaurants on the property but we tried only 2 and bother were great. We tried saffron and the poop bar cafe that had burgers and other quick food and food and drink both were good. and ordered some room service. Overall we had the best time and already thinking about coming back."
