"The room made excellent use of space and was very attractively arranged. The “TV” screen provided lots of information. I felt particularly secure because you needed your room card to use the elevator and even access the floor. I appreciated the public bath on 3rd floor and made use of it! The staff was welcoming and helpful. I was very pleased with this booking because I felt that we got excellent value and the location was wonderful, especially once we discovered that a subway exit was right beside it, the underground walkway was so convenient for accessing all of where we wanted to go in Umeda/Osaka, and there was a Lawson’s just around the corner from the entrance on the first floor oft he building! Definitely would stay here again!"

"We loved the location and the hotel itself. Amenuties were great. My only issue is that our bathroom smelled of mold. It was very clean, just a mold smell coming from i think the drain. "

"The pros; Great location.The onsen on property was great. The breakfast selection was great, loved the ice cream treats too. Rooms are small, very basic. The cons: Too many people. Line for coffee, line for breakfast ( Yes even at 6:45 am) and line to get on the elevator. Rooms are small, very basic. Stayed 3 nights here and it was good but would not stay there again… too crowded."
