“The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. However, there were blood stains in several areas of the bedding. The room did not have a telephone, and although we paid for a room for three guests, only two bathrobes and two sets of towels were provided.”

“This place is a hidden off season gem. Love the breakfast offerings. Love the common room with a wood burning fireplace that you can use at your leisure. We felt like we had the entire place to ourselves but also had great conversations with other guests that wanted to chat in the common/living room area. Close enough to town and far away enough to feel like you’re in the middle of the mountains. Which you kinda are!”

“Clean room, close to the town and the hot springs.”

“David and Christina were amazing hosts, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs/requests! It truly is a peaceful, serene retreat surrounded by the natural beauty of the area. Location was great, providing easy access to hot springs, town and beautiful nature trails. Our room offered spa like vibes, warm, comforting and tranquil. Will definitely return and highly recommend for a restful, peaceful, relaxing escape.”

“Very helpful staff and willing to provide support to visitors. Interesting experience to live at the mountain. Nice hiking experience during summer. Gondola ticket included in the room fee. Quite value for money if you already decide to take the gondola at sunshine village. For visiting the hotel, people can either take the gondola and shuttle provided by the hotel. ”

“Close to Lake Louise Ski Resort, and very clean. Only complaint is that wifi is TERRIBLE and there is no cell service. Not ideal. ”

“We loved everything about the place! Friendly hosts. Lovely shop in office. Small hockey rink. The jacuzzi suite was fantastic! Would love to come back some day!”

“The property looked like it needed an upgrade, no tv and the WiFi did not work. The room has stained carpet and carpet was ripped. The hotel charges a lot of money but it felt like a motel 6. The jacuzzi had a leak on the shower head and had to wipe the water up to make sure it didn’t leak every where. Very disappointed. ”
