「Our room was on the 1st floor, with a windows to the inside of the hotel, so not a great location. No window to the outside. You can hear dining room noises from our bedroom. No tea offered in bedroom, only coffee. Lighting was aggressive in the bedroom. Lovely stay otherwise.」

We had an accessible room which meant it was nice and big but the bathroom was a wet-room style and the shower water went onto most of the floor which isn’t very practical. Also no surfaces in the bathroom to put things on, so it had to be the floor which isn’t...

「Totally unique and beautiful! Extremely warm decor and administrative staff. Felt so much at home that we didn't want to leave. Excellent location to the main Old Town center, restaurants, and attractions. Very walkable. Lots of grocery shops minutes away. Looking forward to coming back!」

「Absolutely lovely stay! The room and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make you feel as special as the beautiful suite. The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it. Also, maybe some rugs would help. The 3rd floor room every evening sounded like people were dragging...

「Located near to the park around the old town, Planty Park. Lovely church opposite and main square around the corner walk and short walk down street. Beautiful hotel. We had a deluxe room which had separate sitting area from bedroom, a dressing area inbetween the bedroom and lovely large bathroom. Very happy with our choice as was looking at other hotels. But this one was even nicer than it looked on the pictures. Very comfortable bed. Enjoyed our stay.」
