「櫃台服務人員 的不同 服務的態度就有 所 差異 ，墨西哥人的服務比較好。 三天才清潔房間一次，房內 垃圾桶又 不太少， 會造成清潔的問題。房子的西曬問題 嚴重。」

「房間有日久失修的感覺, 地氈修邊已經破爛, 暖爐插蘇損毀, 洗澡企缸漏水等。 地點反而不錯, 走10分鐘可以到Takapuna市區, 離Devonport約10分鐘車程。 可以改善的地方是龍頭建議使用混合水掣。」

「優點： 景觀極好，可以看到sky tower，除夕夜可在房間倒數（雖然看到的是sky tower 側面）缺點：淋浴間的熱水供應不是太穩定，即使是較冷水，還是出熱水來。」

「That's a lovely motel in rosedale area. The location is very convenient for eating Korean cuisine, but I didn't try it.」

「This is a really interesting hotel - from the outside it looks like you are staying in a beautifully restored quaint local home with a gorgeous frontage. When you walk inside you realize it has been gloriously renovated - in a much more modern vibe. The art is beautiful, the rooms are perfect, the tiny library (with your complimentary wine) is so relaxing. We felt very at home and the staff were exceptional. Oh and breakfast was delicious on the porch.」
