“The bed was amazing. The room was very clean. However, we had ongoing problems getting into the room with the room key and had to ask for help twice. The air conditioner/heater was extremely loud, making a screaming noise, so we didn't use it. There was no cover/pad on the ironing board. All that being said, we would stay again.”
