“Property was very nice, well maintained, lots of parking especially for truck and boat trailer directly across the street from the condo. Boat ramp was less than 100 yds. from unit. We were lucky to get the inside boat dock which helped to accommodate my 29' Everglades. Other docks would have been a challenge to tie up since the outside docks are somewhat too short for a 29' foot boat.”

“Door locks hard to get open. Water/ice dispenser leaked and had mildew. Back porch dirty including some kind of excrement. Loose flooring on walkways. Cheap, watery hand soap. Too much light coming into the riverside bedroom at night.”

“Condo was great! Convenient boat ramp. Will be even better when boat slips are back. Only thing, is that pool motor runs all night and very loud. Condo 1A. Owners can’t help that though. Lovely place ”
