“The property was nice, but it wasn't as close to all of the dining places. There wasn't enough light in our room. I didn't like how LOW the toilet and tub were in our room. I loved that the front desk clerk gave a curtesy call to remind us that check out time was approaching. ”

“The 1st floor was being renovated, & we didn't know it. We had asked for a room on the 1st floor, so the attendant apologized & said we would have to walk up the stairs to the 2nd floor. We are both in our 70's & were able to traverse the stairs, both up & down, but with luggage it was more difficult. We were only provided with 1 small bar of soap, 1 roll of toilet paper, & no tissues. After requesting more, they were given to us. The cleaning crew did an excellent job, & also provided the extra……
