“We had a great stay at the property. Very comfortable for two couples with lots of extras provided. The neighborhood was relatively quiet but still close to everything. Balcony was great! The owners were very attentive. We would stay here again.”

“The location to the St. Charles Streetcar was ideal! We were able to catch the streetcar at all hours going in both directions with ease. All of the bedrooms were spacious. And, the living/ dining/ kitchen were ideal for our group of 6. Enjoyed the Avenue Cafe just around the corner and loved Lula's Restaurant just a couple of blocks down. The vibe was great and the dinner amazing!”

“We stayed four nights for a family wedding weekend. The place was well setup and week equipped. We had rented an electric car. The description said there was a EV charger but there wasn't, so we got a minor discount. Some pictures were off the walls. It was a little tough to lock and unlock the door. Mostly it was very nice.”

“The home itself was beautiful. You felt at home. There was a coffee make, electric kettle, blender, utensils, pots and pans...almoat everything. The rooms were spacious plus a pull out couch. Definitely kid friendly. My niece and daughter had a blast. I loved the open room concept. My dad even got his daily physical therapy in the pool. There are a lot of restaurants, nail salon, liqour atore on St. Charles and even a Columbian restaurant next door to the property. I will definitely book this……

“We have stayed in vacation rentals all over the world, including others in NOLA but The Natchez is so much more! It may as well be a full hotel with the service, ammenties and care they provided. The communication was above and beyond, they even got our groceries for us! The location is convenient to every site, streetcar and bus. It's the full package! The building was converted into apartments so if you are not used to hearing your neighbors above you or through the walls that could be……

“We stayed here for a week with our 2 college-age kids. The apartment was perfect for that -- with a queen bed for us and a bunk bed for our kids. It's in a much quieter neighborhood than the French Quarter or Marigny -- but still within walking distance. It was a perfect retreat when we needed a break from all the activity. Also -- Louis Armstrong Park is a few blocks away and often hosts free music festivals. There are 2 great cafes 2 blocks away, and great restaurants and live music available……

“Great location. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Only 2 beds, the pullouts were not used. Gents our age need good mattresses. So my brother and i shared larger bed. Everything else was great.”

“This was such a pleasant apartment . The two spacious bathrooms were clean and convenient. My husband and I took one bedroom and our 3 college kids slept in the other bedroom with king size bed. There is small couch in living room and two small chairs. The kitchen was open to the living room with countertop and benches. It was actually bigger than my home kitchen. Great location! Thank you”
