“Beautiful property. Very central location. Lovely, romantic courtyard. We did not have a top sheet on our bed during our stay, thought I asked for one, only a duvet. But it was too warm to use a blanket or sheet anyway! Hospitable staff.”

“The staff was super friendly, interactive, and helpful. They spoke every time you passed thru the lobby. They were super helpful with answering questions about the area and inquiries I had. The place itself was that New Orleans charm, and very comfortable. The only complaint is you could hear other people in the halls quite easily. Andrew at the lobby desk was amazing as was Patrice. My 2 favorites!”

“The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”

“Was very impressed with the staff & enjoyed my interactions with Tequila at the front desk. Very hospitable & when my ac unit seemed to not be working, she promptly put me into another room. Maintenance was quick to come and realized the ac was in fact working. Room was very comfortable & the bathroom was roomy & updated. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We were very pleased with our room. Within walking distance to everything. Parking was a little annoying but at the time we arrived it was very busy. Very quiet but friendly neighborhood. We loved it. The outside seating area was a great gathering place for all of us. Thank you so very much for such a great stay”

“False Advertisement Call before you book but I can say Mrs. Elaine was the best at assisting and she tried her hardest to accommodate me by offering another room I really appreciate her hospitality but Expedia as third party Scamming I overpaid for worst stay. REFUND NEEDED ASAP”
