"We booked a king room advertised as ocean-facing and were assigned Room 302. Unfortunately, the experience did not match what was presented online. The room layout was different from the photos, and the balcony was shared with another group, so it was not private as expected. Privacy was also a concern, as the window blinds were thin enough that someone could easily see through them. Additionally, it was quite noisy in the mornings, which made it difficult to rest. There was no TV in the room, which wasn’t a major issue, but we had hoped to relax and unwind in the evenings. That said, the staff was wonderful, gracious, and very accommodating throughout our stay."

"Expected there to be a clear beach view from the balcony because I payed slightly extra for that but it was mostly covered by trees and a house. But it was still a beautiful stay! Literally only steps away from the beach! All major attractions were only minutes away from this hotel. The shower door doesn’t close all the way so the bathroom would be soaked but other than that everything was perfect. The staff was SUPER SWEET. The kitchen includes a cute little dining table and chairs which was very useful. Overall, I would definitely stay here again! "

"The parking cost another $40 instead of being included in the room rate. We asked for pillows and blankets for the fold out bed and the front desk person had to go searching for it. There was no ready supply. One of the toilets was plugged in the morning and my wife asked for a plunger and after searching all the rooms, the front desk person gave us the key to the neighboring room. It did solve the problem. We won't be back"

"Loud hotel. The pool is small and not on the beach. It’s a motel and tourist trap. I stayed in room 115 for one night and the echos in the courtyard coming from people milling around and having a good time until 3 am was awful. Normal hotels would allow you to check out and not charge you for the future nights- not here. Full price for all nights when you don’t stay. And this was during the weekdays. They had about a dozen open rooms. Screwed over by this place Never say here. "

"What an amazing time! Everything was exceptional. We took full advantage of all the amenities the resort had to offer. The staff at the front desk, all of the food service employees, housekeeping and valet were so professional and accommodating. Food and drinks were were 10/10. Room views were so picturesque. Love love loved our stay and wonderful memories!!! "
