“Nice and clean room. Comfy bed, fast internet, lots of blankets and towels. Did not have a portable fan when we arrived but after notifying the staff, they quickly remedied this. And I greatly appreciated it. Very happy with the walking distance to restaurants and bars. Hot tub was a little too green looking for me to get in. Not sure if its just stained. Overall a great stay.”

“It was a good place to stay. The bed was comfortable and clean. The free breakfast was good including waffles, cereal, toast, juice, coffee, and yogurt. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only drawback was that you have to drive to get to any restaurants. This was the 2nd time that I stayed here and I would definitely stay again. ”

“All the amenities for a snowboarding trip. Good garage space, drop zone for gear, washer/dryer, coffee maker, hot tub. All necessary cooking utensils. Plenty of space in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Great living space with TV, great book selection and board games. Mountain and valley views from all the windows. Nice deck off master and dining area. Pet friendly. Good amount of space to walk a dog.”

“I loved the privacy of the hot tub and the location was prime for walking to stores/restaurants. The shower curtain was a nice surprise that my friends got a laugh at. Overall would stay here again. My one thing that I would recommend having is a drying rack for dishes since there is no dishwasher. :)”

“Great little place! My family (2 adults, 1 Teen, 1 10-yr old plus our Great Dane) stayed one night here for a quick ski trip to Ski Cooper. We fit :) It was quiet, comfortable and a great location in town.”

“Stayed at this property in Leadville and the views of the mountains are amazing and mesmerizing! Love the vicinity to everything downtown. Loved how fast it was to jump on Interstates and highways. Loved the location to other bigger cities. Loved the coziness of the property. However, we did have a couple of issues with the property but the response from the property manager and the resolution to these was quick where it did not impact our stay. Improvement ideas: the shower needs a shelf or……

“I stayed at the Motel Leadville for 5 nights and it was just as listed and more. Cute and cozy room for 1. It was great to have the french press, fridge, and microwave to help keep me fueled for the day. Ting was a great host, easy to connect with throughout my stay and leading up to it. Just on the edge of Leadville's main street, I had easy access to shops and restaurants.”
