"This property was great for our multigenerational family of 5 adults and 2 kids. Excellent location close to Harrison Street for shops, coffee and ice cream. The house has plenty of space with quirky Victorian charm yet two large very modern bathrooms upstairs with lots of towels and a powder room downstairs. Great well equipped kitchen and big dining table to seat all of us. Property manager was great to check in on us for anything we might need. Overall a great experience in our first trip to Leadville. "

Access to trails and outdoor activities are world class and the accommodations are just the right mix of convenience and comfort. "A very close walk to downtown Leadville and the Mineral Belt Trail. A nice park across the street with spectacular views of Mount Massive and Mount Elbert. The name used for the property is a little confusing because there are nearby streets with the same names and they are not relevant to the property."
