"Kids loved the pool, pool area and jacuzzi. Breakfast was great. Hotel was close to Michigan adventures and other restaurants and gas stations. Staff was friendly, professional and we got free cookies at the reception area."
"Apartment exceeded our expectations for size, comfort and cleanliness. The complementary wind and microwave popcorn was a bonus. My only suggestion would be to somehow list the tv channels that are actually included in the cable plan. The TV Guide button brings up over 200 channels but most of the “channel not available” after you select it. This was a bit frustrating and a wasted a lot of time looking for a show or movie"

"Just wish the sofa was longer as we had someone that needed to sleep there. Understand there are limits that are difficult/impossible to overcome in a tiny house. Condition of the house and amenities (coffee, French press, etc.) are top notch. "
"The garden house was absolutely adorable & the perfect spot for a weekend away. The space was maximized immaculately with everything you could possibly need - clean towels, A/C unit worked well, the kitchen amenities were all you needed & the bedding was comfortable. You can tell the bathroom was also fairly new! It was cozy & exactly what my mom & I were hoping for on our girls weekend. Highly recommend!"
"The property itself is very cute and clean. Decorated very sweet and comfortable. This is Muskegon but this particular area felt safe. Mostly one family homes in a neighborhood setting with several shops and businesses across from the water. I imagine during the summer months, it’s a very active area. The only con is parking is on the street, out of view of the house I rented. This IS Muskegon, so I was a little concerned. But I didn’t have any issues.
Communication with the property manager was rough. The link they sent me to complete my renters contract wouldn’t work. I tried clicking on it, copy and paste and manually typing it in my browser. The URL was not complete. I was finally able to reach them to get the door code 30 minutes before my check-in time. This was stressful as I was flying in from California for a funeral and I wasn’t sure if I had a place to stay until very last minute. But again, when I did reach them, they sent me the code right away and were very pleasant. "
