"The hotel was all right, with comfortable beds, good HVAC, and clean rooms, but it was a bit run down. The deadbolt lock on my door didn't work (I placed a chair under the doorknob so someone entering would wake me up, at least), the elevator was out of order for the entirety of my stay (which didn't matter to me, as I was on the ground floor, but still...), the complimentary breakfast was mediocre at best, and the breakfast room could not accommodate everyone who wanted to eat at one time."

"in our room the phone was not working, the micro wave was missing-the glass plate, one of the coffee machines in breakfast area was not working, on thursday morning the bathroom in the lobby was stopped up,the breakfast left a lot to be desired.pancake machine was out of batter,bacon was so greasy it was not eatable. had to ask for napkins,room was not cleaned when we requested it , not a very good stay"
