“Hotel was clean and well maintained. We arrived around 8:00pm and decided to eat at the restaurant on property. We were surprised to be told that the kitchen closes at 9:00. It’s a Casino Hotel. Food was average and staff friendly but not well trained. Our server did not know how to open the bottle of wine we ordered but was very grateful we taught her. Also disappointed that they only clean the room every 3 days. When we requested fresh towels they left a bag of towels outside our room……

“This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again.”

“The Sandbar is being renovated. Only half of it is done. There is no check-in or no one to actually speak to. If there is a problem we had to talk with the workers. The outside bar is not set up yet. There was no iron or ironing board in the room. Having said that, the room was very nice and clean. The outdoor space was nice and functional, good view of the lake. They did have an indoor area with couches and a couple game tables. It will be a really nice place when it is complete!”

“Clean room self parking and most important pet allowed”

“We booked the room thinking we were going to be on the resort property but we were a mile down the road at these very outdated condos. The room had dead bugs, dirty bedding, and patio door that was lacking the greasing or maintenance to allow it to open easily. There was no box breakfast and beach club that looks inviting did not have any bar or grill. It rained earlier in the day so they closed it down for the whole afternoon and evening. Also, the Den which had all the cool arcade games……

“Everything was excellent starting from check in to checkout. Breakfast was amazing especially coffee!!! Staffs were very helpful and supportive during the stay!”

“Check in was easy, room was clean. Comfortable bed. Small fridge which was a plus. But the AC unit was loud. For breakfast, go earlier. Not many choices. One day omelet was very salty, it was impossible to eat. We didn't use pool or gym, but they both looked clean.”

“Nice and clean”

“距離機場近，客房簡單的小規模飯店，早餐非常簡單，但隨時可以喝杯熱飲這點很貼心！飯店人員服務態度普通。這附近的道路設計不是很友善行人，所以開車是比較合適的。”

“I loved the price for the week. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is only a short walk to the beach. We road our bikes downtown traverse city and it was only 30 minutes. Located 30 to 45 mins to sandunes and torchlake. Overall great experience. Great fishing spots in walking distance.”

“The beach view was beautiful from the balcony. The bed was comfortable. The hot tub worked and was comfortable. The breakfast bar was substantial. In our room floors were dirty and there were piles of dirt in the corners. Doors and floor boards needed to be touched up with paint. Could not see to put on makeup or shave in the bathroom because of poor lighting. Walls and floor in toilet room were dirty. Rooms were not soundproof!”

“The condo checked all our boxes: small beachfront walk, grocery store & nice restaurant nearby, parking convenient & bed was fabulous. My spouse wanted to say that grab bars in the shower should be installed & non-slip tub mat available. I also like instructions on how to make TV easier to operate. Thanks.”
