「El hotel se encuentra dentro del centro comercial la isla, la zona es muy segura y dentro de la plaza puedes encontrar cualquier cosa que necesites. El personal siempre fue atento y agradable. 「We love this resort so much. A lots of good restaurant options such as French, Italian, Seafoods, buffets and etc. It’s good that we were able to use both the Secret and Dream facilities when we stayed at Secret. Too bad we were able to use the main pool for a couple days before they shut it down for renovations during our stay. The main pool over Secret is the best. All staffs were super friendly and they made sure we had a great time regardless what we did. The drinks were also awesome....

Now if you are "adults" then book the Secrets Vallarta, they are adjacent to Dreams Vallarta which is a family/kids resort, and Secrets Vallarta is just adults」

「There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again」
