「First off the pictures was different on Expedia and when u go there omg smells like a mold hotel the bathroom smells like urine so we ask the girl at the front desk if there’s anyway we can get a credit bec we wanted to leave and go to another hotel she’s like no u can’t so then I ask for a manager she’s like there’s no manager on on duty like what like of hotel don’t have a manager every day and also EXPEDIA WAS NO HELP WHAT SO EVER WE LOT OUR NIGHT STAY BUT THATS OK I NO NOW WHAT TO BOOK ON...

「The room was filthy. The AC vent in my room was completely blocked by a dust blanket and as a result the AC didn’t truly work. The sink in the bathroom did not drain. The toilet roll holder did not stay together. Each day I’d end up with less and less towels even after requesting a refill. They never resupplied my complimentary water each day. Adjacent rooms were both extremely loud into the late hours of the night. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had anywhere in the world....
