“Overall, we had a great stay! The hotel was lovely and offered excellent amenities, including a pool, sauna, steam room, and an excellent breakfast buffet. The location was also great, and we really enjoyed how peaceful and uncrowded the hotel felt during what appeared to be the off-season. At times, it felt like we had the place to ourselves.
The main downside was that the rooms felt a little dated, and the walls seemed quite thin. We could hear conversations from the room next door so clearly……

“Property was immaculate. Great views. Customer service responded quickly. Having a kitchen on site, parking, decent size fridge/freezer and coffee machine… all big bonuses. Only downside was the laundry machine and dryers were very small and even after drying for an hour our clothes were still wet. Overall, I would stay again but don’t depend on the laundry facilities being fast. 😅”

“The food was very interesting. Some overcooked. There were ants in the dessert. We often resorted to the restaurants along the pier. They also forgot to put my birthday amenity until after we arrived but all in all the hotel was beautiful and had a very scenic view to gaze upon the mountains, oceans and sunsets. I wish it was closer to Funchal as it’s 40 minutes away and quite expensive to frequently travel to. The area is quite limited with activities so having a shorter stay would’ve been a……
