"We had a fantastic three-day stay at the Harborside Inn of Boston. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet, and its location was incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The only downside for us was the lack of a complimentary morning coffee station. However, there are a couple of chain coffee shops just a short walk away. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return."

"Room was clean, beds comfortable. Convenient location. Airport shuttle excellent and easy. Parking is cheap at $20 a day but I don’t like that they keep your keys. Hallway areas could use a little sprucing but by no means in bad shape. Breakfast is nice and attached bar restaurants/indoor pool nice to have on site. Overall great spot for a night before or after your flight in Boston. Stayed before and after our week trip from long flights. On end of trip the Check in staff was wonderful friendly and helpful. At Checkout the morning staff at desk sucked, rude and disrespectful. "

"Rooms were large and spacious and super clean. View was beautiful with all the city lights. Shuttle to and from the airport was free and fantastic. Breakfast options and coffee was available before the posted times… which was a help for our early morning flights. Parking was listed as self-pay which I did not understand means you park it but you do have to pay to park ($30). We opted to take the rental car back early instead of parking and the shuttle bus picked us up from the rental center. "

"Felt like a college dorm. Fire alarm went off at 3am, had to stay in my car with my daughter for 40 minutes until the fire dept inspected the facility."

"Staff, room and amenities were great. Walls were so thin I heard the entire conversations in the room next to mine (they weren’t yelling). It was an adjoining room so request not to be in one of those and it should be fine. Otherwise hotel was great. "
