"The person who checked me in was lovely. Otherwise this place is pretty bad. The room was clean on the surface but all the towels had stains. The tv didn’t work and they offered to move me but i got in really late and was too tired. The internet wouldn’t connect. I could hear everything around me. The room smelled like this intense combination of Fabuloso and air freshener covering cigarette smoke. It was inexpensive but not even worth the cheap room rate"

"First, the initial room we were assigned had a major issue, the carpet was completely soaked due to a leak from the air conditioning. We only discovered this after settling in, which was quite inconvenient. To their credit, the front desk responded promptly when we reported it and moved us to another room. Second, I was surprised by the parking situation. The hotel charges $30 per night for on-site parking, which was not clearly disclosed during booking. On Expedia, it appeared as free self-parking, so this added an unexpected $90 to our total stay. Additionally, the pool was not clean, so we avoided using it. This was disappointing, as one of the reasons we chose this hotel was to enjoy the pool during our stay."
