「The property was okay, but not great. The check-in process was completely lacking, I called, emailed and texted every number I could find with no response until around 6 pm on check-in day. The basic supplies in the kitchen and bathroom were lacking or non-existent and the second 'bed', an air mattress leaked badly.」

「This was our first time in Boston and we wanted something besides a hotel for our stay. This place was perfection! Perfectly located in a great neighborhood, there is a bus stop right on the corner outside the apartment and there is a transit stop about 20 min. walking distance as well. It felt like being in your own home right outside the city. Clean, great amenities with a full kitchen and great living room with a fireplace to relax in after walking around the city all day. 10/10 would...

「We had a wonderful relaxing time at this Waterford house. The sunny, open living room, kitchen and dining room are as pictured. We fully used the convenient half bathrooms in the basement and walk in level and full bathrooms upstairs. The separate laundry and sink area from the shower and toilet in the hall bathroom was also helpful. The house was clean and comfortable. And the host was very accessible and flexible. The location felt safe.」

「Units were clean, kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms were well stocked. Everything was exactly as listed by VRBO.Our family had a great get together weekend in Boston for MLK weekend using both the upstairs and downstairs units.」

「The property was in a quiet convenient location, it was well equipped with two toilets , one in a bathroom. The 2 beds were comfortable and the bed settee was a good third. Communication with the owners was excellent. All in all excellent location and worked well for us on marathon weekend with good access to Boston central by train」

「The house Walid provided for us fit our needs perfectly. He was very responsive with any questions we had and offered us some tips on what to do and see around Boston. He was a great host. 」

「I recently stayed at this property with my teenage daughter, and two of her friends and their moms. The property was perfect! Every mom/daughter pair had their own room (3 total). The beds were comfortable, property was spacious enough for 6 people, and we really enjoyed having a full kitchen to prepare meals and snacks. It was so much better than a hotel! 」

「Great home for 4 people, newly renovated, easy to get to many places quickly, quiet neighborhood. Home has everything you might need for cooking, relaxing, and even laundry.」

「The condo is in a perfect spot. We were able to take day trips to Salem, Gloucester, Boston and New Hampshire and Maine. Very quiet neighborhood and very nice unit. The place could use a few more pictures or something to help the accustics in the living room. It's just very empty, not very homey. I'd also like to see a railing on the front entrance. The steps are kind of steep, and I worried about falling. However, overall it was a great place. I'd highly recommend this place. 」
