“Location was perfect and the apt. Was very clean and was great for myself, my daughter, and her 3 kids. We did have numerous power outages which came back on immediately. Hot water was in short supply in mornings for showers. However, these few inconveniences were of little concern. Thank you for a wonderful stay in a beautiful town!”

“The property needs basic repairs, privacy blinds, electric outlets and doors . Cabinets, drawers and hidden underneath furnitures need cleaning. Pet friendly.”

“Amenities were lacking in many ways…lacked suitable pans for cooking and basics like salt and pepper. Bedrooms were cold due to drafts around windows with air conditioners and a drafty door. No extra blankets or quilts. Sliding shower door not on tracks properly. When dishwasher was turned on it started leaking soap.”

We contacted the property manager who said it was out of thier control and the owner controlled it, as there was no thermostat in the unit. “The rooms were spacious and comfortable, very clean, and the individualized touches were amazing. Everything fit the theme. The hosts have everything set up nicely and have things as a "just in case" you forgot something critical. They also thought ahead and have dark towels for those of us with dyed hair! The geese greeting us each morning were adorable All in all it was a great stay, the hosts were responsive, and it was a great place to stay for our Halloween trip to Salem.”
