「This was a perfect cabin for my husband and I! The area is beautiful. The communication with Anne, the host was exceptional! Would definitely stay there again, possibly in warmer weather. Beautiful experience in this rustic and historical cabin. A little sad that we didn't see any deer on the property though! 」

「This house is wonderful! Farm fresh eggs were left for us which we loved using during our stay. All the animals are super friendly! Loved feeding the horses and ponies carrots. Our older son had a blast fishing while our younger son played with the kitten or jumped on the trampoline. After a long day of traveling, the hot tub was just the ticket! Visited with the hosts several times, and they couldn't have been nicer. Will stay here again if we are in the area.」

「The wooden shoe, as the owners have tastefully named this rental, is great. We were a family of 8, including two children and the house was perfect for our extended weekend trip. The house is in an ideal location if you want to be close to the downtown while also getting that cabin feel. The yard is part lake part forest and an absolute delight to wake up to.
