“This motel is in downtown Gaylord, in walking distance to pubs and restaurants. It is affordable and clean. I prefer to stay here whenever I am in Gaylord. ”

“Like: Management was friendly, responsive,helpful. Property was clean. Location was prime for shopping, dining. Cabinets were stocked with plenty of glasses, plates, silverware. Dislike: The inside lighting was too dim. Maybe because of my advanced years. No bathroom exhaust fan. Would not hesitate to stay here in the future.”

“The cabin has been undated and was very comfortable. We loved sitting on the deck watching geese swim by, kayaking on the lake, and catches up as a family. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the appliances and tools we needed. It is very close to a small town and to miles and miles of state owned wilderness and trails. We're so glad we booked this place!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Mio while staying at this Cozy Cabin! It is cozy indeed and quite comfortable. The hosts have been thoughtful in providing equipment and amenities that can be used as the weather allows. We stayed during a beautiful snowy time. I look forward to coming back in warm weather to enjoy what the Ausable River has to offer.”
