1. Tropical, private, downtown

“Our getaway was perfect in every way! The space was immaculate, private, well appointed and cozy. It was located in an adorable, historic and walkable section of Sarasota. Our host Christie was friendly and accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed. She went out of her way to ensure we knew where all of the amenities were (laundry and dog wash station, etc.). “We found the property very dated and not clean. The shower was dirty with mildew on the tile/grout, and the showerhead had lime/green buildup. The windows, blinds, and window sills were filthy. The kitchen cabinets had ants/small bugs so food storage was a concern. The living room furniture and pillows were filthy. “Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location!Small in size, but had all the essentials!Only (very small) issue was that the shower was a bit tricky to figure out how to get any hot water? Maybe replace the valve to simplify?Great spot for a couple to stay.”
