“We booked Bay Inn through Expedia based on the photos and listed amenities, but the property did not match what was advertised. Our first room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and was missing the advertised refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer, and telephone. We were moved to a second room, which also smelled of smoke. A third room finally didn’t smell, but it was still missing the refrigerator, microwave, and hairdryer, proving this wasn’t an isolated issue. The hotel is in various stages of……

“The room was as clean as it could be. There were no bugs. A/C worked well. The woman at the front desk was fantastic! Parking was fine. The pillows were better than more expensive places I've stayed. I do think they need to dilute the bleach (or whatever they use) they wash the bedding in. I was experiencing various skin reactions, and the smell affected my breathing when I laid on my side.”

“Pleasantly surprised by this property. It’s a bit outdated, but the room was very clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was perfect. There was a nice variety of hot and cold food options for breakfast. Would absolutely stay here again.”
