“There are many fast food and gas station options with in walking distance. Wal mart is very close as well. Very quiet and nice neighborhood. The hotel is in good condition. The rooms are clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We came in at 11:30 pm and the front desk was nice and welcoming. We were tired and not in the best mood and they got us to our room fast and easy. I would recommend this hotel ”

“This house was perfect for our little gathering! We kayaked and cooked, played games and did some birdwatching. And the hot tub was fantastic! The only drawback was the layout of the cabin. It is not great if you have more than two couples - the bunkbeds are in the loft and are not private. ”

“We were blown away by the uniqueness of Jerry & Wendy's house and their attention to detail in terms of hospitality! Very clean, cozy, and quiet retreat with stunning views of the river. Great water pressure in the shower too. We tried one of their restaurant recommendations and were not disappointed! If you're ever in the area, I would highly recommend!”

“A beautiful cabin with a beautiful view! Our group stayed at a different cabin last year for the Wentzville Renaissance Faire and wanted something bigger for this year and we were so lucky to find the Dragonfly! The beds were comfy and the couch was perfect to settle in for a movie night. I had a couple of questions at booking and our host was so quick, friendly, and helpful with his responses. I noticed a previous review mentioned inconsistency with the thermostat but we had no issue at all……

“We stayed here over Christmas and it was amazing! So peaceful and just what your soul needs to recharge! We saw quite a few deer! It is secluded, we could barely make out a neighbor through the trees in winter so, to me thats pretty secluded! The host was so polite and very accommodating! I was able to make a Christmas dinner and we had everything we needed! Even our dog, Boomer loved it.
