“Excellent facility located in the heart of Copacabana Beach. 5 stars staff. Received a free very early check in (8:30 AM) and I really appreciate it because my flight from Miami landed 6:35 AM. The free breakfast menu has a wide variety of delicious food. Will repeat, sure will recommend to friends and colleagues ”

“1. Room had a bad smell. 2. There were still dust and white debris on the floor when I checked in. 3. Couldn't make a reservation for the massage as advertised.”

“Really good location for my business trip. Big shopping mall just right next to hotel. Can go there on foot not more than 5 mins. However, if you are beach lover, this hotel is not that close to it . Room was clean and breakfast was great. Will stay again in the future ”

“Property is nice and so is the staff. Front desk speak english and or spanish but alot of the wait staff doesn’t so alot if pointing to things we wanted. Breakfast is good options but dinner is very limited so i wouldn’t pay for it. Room service food was good. And one block away is a mall with several restaurant and cafes in it. The massages was divine and affordable! ”

“Very friendly staff, very helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good. luxurious accommodations, incredibly clean. The one thing that I did not like was that they were terribly strict on visitors. I had a family friend come over to pick up some gifts or their family and have some private conversation. They were on the phone immediately to insist that the guest must either register as an occupant or leave. Even though the gift pickup and conversation would not last 30 minutes. I understand……
