"An immaculate, modern and luxurious resort. Instead of windows in public areas, it's all completely open to the stunning views as well as constantly refreshing breezes flowing through. The whole place is literally a breath of fresh air! There's a great selection of restaurants serving tasty food. The desserts felt a little cheap but otherwise the food was very good. Another complaint I had was that, in the rooms, the mugs provided were the smallest I've ever seen and there was no spoon provided. My message to the resort is, you clearly respect your customers. You provide a 5 star experience right from the start, from a seated check in experience, staff treating guests like royalty, stunning interiors and a luxurious bedroom, so why fall at the last hurdle with tiny mugs and no spoons?! Personally I found the live music in the sports bar and pool bar deafening to the point my ears hurt, I noticed people leaving, including myself. It's frustrating when you can't have a conversation because of the music. Lastly, the front beach had no showers to wash sandy feet etc but otherwise the facilities were absolutely 5 star. Luxurious infinity pools, direct access to private pools for ground floor rooms, plenty of palm trees, plenty of comfortable shaded pool and beach side seating. The view at night with the whole resort and pools lit up is absolutely mesmerising. I find myself unable to move, unable to stop gazing at it all. I felt complety relaxed at peace. Chef's kiss. "

"This was the best resort I’ve ever stayed at. The trip could not have gone better. The resort itself is so clean and well kept. Every staff member helps in every way possible and everyone is just overall so friendly. The rooms are beautiful, we did stay in a signature bungalow but I promise you won’t regret it paying for it and all the amenities that follow the signature package as well. We enjoyed this vacation so much and the resort that my fiancé and I have decided to go back there to the resort to get married. If that doesn’t say something! We are very picky when it comes to resort, cleanliness and a big one is making sure these humid places don’t have mold in the rooms and no where on this resort had any mold. So beyond please. "

"Rooms were hot and humid. The setup on the property wasn't clear, as you have to have specific armbands for the accompanying pool area."

"Don’t waste time with pre check in. You’re still sat at the lobby with everyone else to wait for over an hour to check in. It took us nearly 2 hours to check in and we didn’t even bother to wait for the shuttle to bring our bags up. We were told to wait for someone to help us, got tired of that, and once we started walking suddenly we were offered help. We came in on a private cab so it’s not like we showed up with a group from a shuttle. The people on the shuttle that showed up 15-20 minutes after us were getting helped before we were and we were pre checked in! The activity schedule means nothing, it’s rarely happening and never on time. The breakfast buffet was so boring after the first 2 days. Had more lunch/dinner options than breakfast and was pretty much the same each day. The evening entertainment was drastically toned down from our last trip to this resort. Many of the activities and entertainment were shut down with no notice at all. "

"Great beach , great dinners, very very far walk from everything. Our toilet seat was loose and broken but alright. Only got minibar fridge refilled on second to last day, the request online never came for it that evening but all in all great relaxing spot. Would greatly benefit from more games or pool tables outside for people to use in free time. Maybe better night time performances too like more variety on the beach etc we were here a whole week a lot of similar night time events but we had a great time for sure "

"It’s simply one of the most beautiful hotel resorts on Seven Mile Beach. Nestled in an art deco style, it is perfectly maintained, with a stunning sandy beach set among gentle shade, palm trees, and other local vegetation. The water is calm, with almost no waves—sometimes a bit shallow, but every place has its trade-offs. The food is excellent, high-quality, with Jamaican cuisine highly recommended, while they also do a great job with international dishes. Overall, I’d say the entire property feels like one large Caribbean spa."
