The apartment benefits from a large living space equipped with a 50-inch SMART TV with Netflix and plenty of space to sit down and relax. There is also a SMART TV in both bedrooms.
DINING AREAS:
The dining table seats up to 4 people and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening.
KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in Liverpool. There is an electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher & washer/dryer.
BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There are two bathrooms in the apartment. The main bathroom is equipped with a bath with an overhead shower, toilet and sink. The second bathroom is an en-suite to bedroom 1 and has a shower cubicle, toilet and sink.
PARKING:
The property does not have designated parking; however, paid parking options are available nearby.
All 53 Degrees Property Short Term lets benefit from enhanced cleaning with spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchens.

This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.
*Quiet Hours After 10PM
This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.
*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine
Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.
*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place
Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.
*Stays Over 10 Nights
Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an £95 extra fee per week. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights.
*Online Check-In Required
To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.
*Check-In/Out Policy
Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved)
