"We had such a great Memorial Day weekend stay at Lake LBJ! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway.One of the best parts of the property was definitely the pool! Since the river was flooded and the water wasn’t in the best condition during our stay, we were so thankful to have such an amazing pool to enjoy all weekend long. It truly saved the weekend for our group and gave everyone a place to relax, cool off, and still make great memories together.The host was wonderful, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. Even with the weather and river conditions being out of anyone’s control, we still had an absolute blast and made the best of the holiday weekend.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and comfortable Lake LBJ getaway!"

"The condo was very clean and set up very nicely with two king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The beds were extremely comfortable. We wish the water pressure in the showers was better. The view of the lake was absolutely beautiful from the decks. Perfect in the morning for sipping coffee and the evening for sharing a bottle of wine. There were only 3 chairs around the patio table, but advertised as having 6. Our 4th adult had to lean against the back of the patio couch to “sit” at the table. This was unfortunate. The patio cushions were ripped and torn. We were told they had some replacements on order. We did not cook in the kitchen but it appeared to be properly equipped for cooking. We did use the outdoor grill. Unfortunately, only 1 of the 3 burners worked. There were a lot of TV’s in the condo which was nice, but the resolution on all of them were blurry. We could not get the deck TV to work. Overall, this condo was clean and comfortable. It was convenient to all of the amenities. My husbands family owned a water front home on the same street for many years. We consider Horseshoe Bay one of our favorite getaways."

"This little retro motor inn has been getting renovated over the past couple of years, slowly but good. The rooms are clean. The Ac/Heater works well (we’ve stayed here in both hot and cold weather). The coffee in the room isn’t great but we don’t complain because there IS coffee to get your day started. We stop here in Llano on our way to and/or from visiting family in Odessa. The price is good. Plus, Cooper’s BBQ is within walking distance!! There’s also Taco Bell, Sonic, Pizza Hut, and Dairy Queen not far away. Parking is right outside your room and WiFi is reliable."

"Stayed three nights and had contact with three different people on staff. All were very nice and helpful. Room was clean and seemed secure. Parking lot was clean and well lighted. Room was insulated pretty well in terms of sound but it is difficult to compensate for some guests who just don’t care about someone else’s stay."

"Overall it was a nice place on the lake, however it could use some upgrading of the furniture and it needed some repairs. At least two of the televisions didn’t work, the disposal didn’t work. The cottage had a strange disturbing noise coming out of the wall, I think it was a water pump. It kept me awake at night. The owner made a good attempt to fix the television but it didn’t quite work. The outdoor grill was old and not really safe to use. It would be a lot more enjoyable if upgrades and repairs were made. Good location."
